ROTAVIRUS POSITIVE:

 

A reddish line appears in the control line region "C" and another

blue line appears in the "R" line region.

 

 

ADENOVIRUS POSITIVE:

 

A reddish line appears in the control line region "C" and another

reddish line appears in the "A" line region.

 

 

 

ROTAVIRUS and ADENOVIRUS POSITIVE:

 

A reddish line appears in the control line region "C" and one blue

line appear in "R" line region and one reddish line appear in "A" line region respectively.

Low concentration of rotavirus antigen and/or adenovirus antigen may cause a faint line in “R” and/or “A” line regions.

Even such a faint line in “R” and/or “A” line region should be regarded as “positve”.

  

 

 

 

 

NEGATIVE:

 

One reddish line appears in the control line region "C". No apparent line appears in the test

line region "R" and "A"

 

 

 

 INVALID:

 

No colored line is visible in “C” line region; test should be repeated using a new test device.
